Full-spectral disorder common to ego mania
just doesn't "get it" -- the voice of conscience
that honors the highest and best for one and all.

Where one focuses one's consciousness
-- one's worth-ship (worthy of attention) --
is where one's god or God is...
depending on one's level of pure intention
as that lens which focuses attention
for one's evolutionary ascension.

One's soul focus on the business of evolution
is not seldom the prelude of one's
revelation rEVOLUTION in the
larger scheme of soul evolution.

One's soul State of the Union aspires to Higher Power,
challenging the ego's sense of separation and suffering.
What all people hold sacred is full spectrum conscience,
representing all bands of the color spectrum as a holy
whole, the light that ends the dark night ego tyranny.

This was the same pure intention of U.S. Founders,
to represent the light of public conscience
that makes government accountable to
the consent of the governed.

This is the State of the Union they aspired to.
That United Sovereignty represents each of US
with the pure intention for what is best for all.
Full spectrum unity in our diversity.

This is the VISION as will define and refine the divine direction
- full spectrum enlightenment in our global social networks --
that collectively makes the inordinate love of power obsolete;
a global real-time upgrade of core Constitutional freedoms.

The New Common Sense of this VISION will be
the catalyst for its self-fulfilling prophecy.

Freedom of Speech will go global with the ability of Netizens
to create online videos and webinars that speak for themselves.

Freedom of Press (our new interNet reality "printing press") will be
cultured with the language of consciousness in networks worldwide.

Freedom of Assembly will naturally culture social conscience
in our social network via the currency of conscience that
transcends "DUH" (Dummies Unconscious & Heartless).

Freedom of Religion will honor pure intention at the heart of
all religions, the spherical conscience that is all-inclusive
with unconditional love as the defining attribute.

Freedom to Petition Government will upgrade our horse-and-buggy
representation systems with a Space Age update that integrates
all the freedoms above with an interactive interface for real-time
(or instant replay) of mass-to-mass interaction as will culture
full-spectrum social conscience in our ubiquitous social networks.

This VISION of web 3.0 E-valuation criteria (cyberEthics)
- for an electronic upgrade of instant-everywhere Net reality -
is the next phase of the computer/Internet rEVOLUTION
(emphasizing 90% of the word).

The End of the World As We Have Known It
Is the Beginning of a New World.

The full implication of this new global rEVOLUTION
is as simple yet profound as the process that will
involve and evolve our individual and collective
conscience with a new cyberEthics standard that
frames mass-to-mass interaction with the golden
rule/law language at the heart of every golden age.

The Dimensional Shift as a Decision Shift
of, by and for full-spectrum 5-Dimensional
Effective Sensory Perception

As the veil thins in 2010 (dimensional shift),
a new State of the Union will demonstrate
the Effective Sensory Perception (ESP)
that makes ego mania obsolete.

This is the big shift movement away from decisions based on
the state of disunion
(duality's divisions behind dysfunction, destruction and devolution).

This is simultaneously the movement towards decisions based on
the state of the union
(a new unity of United Sovereigns in the United State of Earth)

SHIFT HAPPENS

From win/lose competition (rich and powerful vs. the rest of us)
to win/win cooperation (higher standards whereby we all win)

Some will get it, some won't - not all in 2010.
It won't happen to everyone, not yet,
but the momentum is building as
the old order disintegrates.

It will happen however to each one among us
who conceives, believes and achieves
the Effective Sensory Perception
that embraces the 1st principle of
the Aquarian Dispensation.

The Universal Impulse to Freedom in Love

The new Common Sense would tell us that
it is better to represent all people with the
highest standard for culturing a higher
conscience of, by and for the Power of Love.

One Earth with One LOVE at the heart of
mass-to-mass TeLeComm

The higher this standard in form and frequency
-- at the interface heart of mass-to-mass interaction --
the greater the results, as in frequently.

The "system", this process for rEVOLUTION
is the soulution that makes global self-governance
accountable to the purpose for which it serves;
liberation of all souls in a United State,

the Power of Love of the people, rather than
the love of power of a few over the people.

The kingdom conscience whereby all are sovereign "KING" (Keys to the INternalization of God-Love conscience) is the United State of Earth's United Sovereigns.
Such a State of the Union representing Higher Power
empowers freedom and opportunity for all souls.

The enemy of one's soul State of the Union is the ego's sense of
duality, division, dysfunction and self-destruction that results
from the sense of disconnect with Higher Power.

The sense of separation from Higher Power
is the cause of all suffering, yet will do anything
for self-preservation of this self-destructive habit.

Any excuse will serve the tyranny of the ego.
It will say there is no God, and for the ego,
that's true, for it sees through the lens darkly.

If you think you can or can't know a God of Love at the heart of
the golden rule/law language for a new global Golden Age,
you're right!

It's not your aptitude but rather your attitude
that determines your altitude...
whether you soar with the eagles (higher conscience)
or scratch with the turkeys (ego mania).

There's nothing "extra" about ESP when you have it.

With Universal Law/Language as the rule,
