As social networks evolved on giant networks of interconnected computers (web 2.0), social consciousness has hit the wall of massive cognitive dissonance, divisions and conflicts of interests. It's been messy but such is the struggle for conscious evolution.
 
The potential of instant-everywhere knowledge power still challenges the paradigm paralysis of power without principle, smart without heart; a connected neural-networked brain (web cells) but without collective social Conscience (with a capital 'C') in this brain. 
 
Web 3.0 is the next generation of the accelerated computer/Internet revolution from
"the computer is the network" to "the network has a Conscience".  We've all seen how the evolution revolution has proceeded from an emphasis on hardware (IBM mainframes) to software (Microsoft desktops), and then to netware (Netscape networks).

Now witness Heartware (HEARTcom Services).

This is now possible with real time (instant) interaction on a mass-to-mass scale of participation with the process of input (origination) and feedback (E-valuation) which is defined and refined by the process of consciousness (light language) at the quintessential foundation of self-governance, self-education, self-healing and self-determination for 'self-elevation' (higher Conscience).
 
The product is the process.
 
All social problems are ultimately communication problems, how we come-into-unity. Social media has come to this point of responsibility, the ability to respond with a communication process which cultures social networked Conscience at the heart of REAL "comm-unity" (with unity), making the virtual reality of pseudo-community obsolete by comparison.
 
By involving and evolving our individual and collective Conscience at the heart of Net standards for global Netizens, a new order of the ages naturally culminates the global rEVOLUTION in higher Conscience. The golden rule/law language for every golden age will thus be realized as we link the light of full-spectrum Conscience.
 
With web 3.0 we'll once again see new standards for a wholly new industry that only the visionaries and early adapters (mostly the Millennials) will see initially.  Those who 'get it'
- a breakthrough method of mediating mass-to-mass TeLeComm (emphasizing the TLC) - will appreciate how this standard for culturing Conscience in our social networks will set the standard for web 3.0.
 
It's actually a core Constitutional issue, an electronic upgrade of five core Constitutional freedoms as will reboot social Conscience in our ubiquitous social networks.
 
With this web 3.0 process of information's ecology -- recycling general knowledge to generate specific wisdom with a heart -- the greening (healing) of social Conscience will naturally resolve the unintended consequences of the Internet age caused by web 1.0 and web 2.0., i.e. information overload and cognitive dissonance.
 
Will web 3.0 create a Black Swan event that fulfills the computer/Internet revolution with a breakthrough rEVOLUTION in higher Conscience?  Do you want to see a non-profit organization that is a community creation free of advertising, like Wikipedia?
