The major global media issue of the last year, and core issue of this next year, was and will be a balance of wisdom as will adjudicate the inordinate love of power (without Constitutional principles) with the ordained power of love.  This balanced wisdom knows the difference and will conscientiously make a difference… networking for the Net worth of Net reality as will check and balance the extreme abuses of privatized, covert or otherwise unconscionable power in the public’s name.

The whole world is closely watching America to witness transformations that range from disturbing surveillance tactics to encouraging TeLeConscience as will culture social Conscience in our ubiquitous social networks. This is the TeLeConscience of global Netizens -- ‘United Sovereigns’ (U.S.) – who identify with the pure intention of free and open Net reality with TLC (heartware) at the heart of it.

Witness the severe imbalance caused by the lack of love at the heart of judicial processes at the highest level of public government – the Supreme Court’s deference to corporate law as a higher standard than core Constitutional freedoms.

Witness the burgeoning Federal bureaucracy with dozens of ‘Czars” (abbreviation for Caesar) as ‘Roman law’ (corporate power) increasingly subjugates Constitutional law by privatizing corporate profits and socializing corporate losses. The revolving door between the heads of these bureaucracies – and the corporations they are supposed to regulate -- has decisively keep power FROM the public rather than ‘of, by and for the people’.

Witness the proclivity of federal judges to rule in favor of federal law at the expense of State Rights in every major issue over this last year. Bipartisan support of these anti-sovereignty policies reflects a bi-polar disorder whereby freedom is sacrificed for false-flag security until we have neither freedom nor security.
 

Witness the love of power in ‘Giant Media Conglomerates (GMCs) which value the interests of corporate media sponsors above the interests of the public whenever profits are at stake. The GMC’s corporate structure has interlocking directors that serve on the boards of other giant corporate interests, including the banks which underwrite Wall Street at the expense of Main Street.

Witness the response of the Federal Communications Commission to the recent “Wikileaks Emergency”, deciding to regulate the Internet into a highly centralized bureaucratic, top-down, command-and-control version of militarized corporate government… for ‘national security’ of course. Just this last week, the FCC decision to 'protect' net neutrality turned out to be more two-faced, forked tongue smoke and mirrors, catering largely to huge telecom giants such as Comcast and AT&T. 

Despite opposition from Congress and a contrary federal court ruling, the new FCC “net neutrality” rules will allow the federal government to begin regulating the Internet.  Dissenting FCC commissioner Robert McDowell described the unprecedented power grab last week: “Nothing is broken that needs fixing, however. The Internet has been open and freedom-enhancing since it was spun off from a government research project in the early 1990s. Its nature as a diffuse and dynamic global network of networks defies top-down authority. Ample laws to protect consumers already exist.”  

And just how competent is the Internet’s new rulers? Just before the FCC decision, visitors to the commission’s Web site couldn’t even access the 1,900 pages of documents pertaining to the net neutrality ruling. The very commission seeking to regulate the Internet saw its web site go down due to “scheduled maintenance” – a classic example of closing down open systems of, by and for informed choice.  As with the so-called Patriot Act, following the “9-11 Emergency”, and the “Economic Recovery Act” with bankster bailouts, the public, once again, was kept in the dark regarding legislation largely written by K-Street lobbyists for Corporate America.

If Thomas Paine were alive today, his updated version of COMMON SENSE would tell us that the Judicial Branch of public self government represents the balanced wisdom in the Net reality of ALL people in our instant-everywhere and interactive global village.  It is this balanced wisdom which puts a premium on truth and justice for informed choice at the heart of freedom and opportunity to know better and do better.

The language of TeLeConscience is the quintessential foundation of Net reality. As we become more conscious of HOW we are conscious -- utilizing an interactive interface for mass-to-mass TeLeComm -- the light of consciousness (heartware language) will naturally bring light to dark places, culturing a systemic rEVOLUTION in Conscience for self control at the heart of our social, political and economic networks.
 

As civil government naturally evolves to real-time on-going Conscience-culturing mass-to-mass TeLeComm, rigged elections via manipulated voting machines with no paper trails will become obsolete.  Collective wisdom in our social networks is the social TeLeConscience which serves the core purpose of justice for all.

Such is the irresistible nature of TeLeConscience that all it asks, and all it wants, is the liberty of appearing.
