50 years ago I self-published a 40 page magazine  called ‘The Troy Model’: A Geodesic Dome Convention Center for Downtown Troy, Ohio. Distributed it personally to business and government leaders at Christmas 1972; my introduction as a community development organizer.

Two years earlier, I had a mystical experience that led to my photo-documented journey ‘On the Path of God and Country’. This 'blew my mind'. I was metaphysically 'born again':)

Two years after I published The Troy Model, I lectured at Buckminster Fuller’s month-long World Game Studies Workshop in Philadelphia. Some of the attendees were members of the World Future Society and Barbara Marx Hubbard's Committee For the Future, and they asked me to give the highlights of my lecture to 10 agencies of the Federal Government a few months later at a 'Future's Summit' that debriefed the U.S. Government on scenarios for celebrating the Bicentennial Era from 1776 to 1789 - the 13 years from the Declaration of Independence to ratification of the Constitution.
 
After 3 days of presentations in the Science and Astronautics Chamber of the Rayburn Building on Capitol Hill, I gave the concluding address - details and picture here - summing up a whole systems upgrade of our horse-and-buggy representation system with an electronic Space Age update of our core freedoms… shining for the world as the American Revolution once did.
 
At that time - 48 years ago - cable TV systems with satellite downlinks had just wired the nation with Federal mandates for public access channels open to citizen interaction. I explained how that interaction could be optimized with update of our core Constitution freedoms in the Bill of Rights... utilizing minicomputers at public access stations that could process the instant response ability of hundreds or thousands of viewers simultaneously - an electronic town hall meeting that qualified consensus with a 'universal interface' for representing the 'light language' of consciousness as frequency and vibration.

Today, the 'head-end' for that 'public access channel' could be a web 3.0 platform with a 'universal interface' for local and global interaction in all languages, utilizing one's smartphone, laptop or desk-top computer to co-ceate local or global civility via upgrade of core Constitutional freedoms worldwide.

We have the opportunity to upgrade our Quantum Net reality – Five Core Internet Freedoms – with enlightened social conscience for the evolutionary ascent of the Family of Mankind in our new all-connected global village.

And how did Tesla know this 96 years ago? Quantum Reality; the future has already happened in the Continuum. Tesla could see what was coming from a unique perspective of quantum common sense, as uncommon as that still is today.
