The drug is produced at the cost of a life from the blood of a child's tortured body.

USA is to be the last country to go back on the gold standard. The new Quantum computer system that backs the gold system has already been tested. Banks that do not have gold backing are being closed. What remains is only for the codes to be entered which will be determined by the military when all systems are go.
