Phone Orders:  Orders may be placed 24/7.  Next business day response to recorded messages, Mon. through Friday, if you don’t get through immediately.  Be sure to include your name, business name, and any special instructions with your order.

Online Orders:  Orders checked AM and PM each business day.  Google checkout provides secure transactions with our privacy guarantee that no order information will be shared with a third party.

Payment Methods: Google Checkout is the standard for Internet orders.  Also accepting money orders and personal checks. Personal checks must clear before shipping. Returned checks are subject to a $20 service fee.

Foreign Orders:  For orders outside the United States, orders will be shipped 1st Class U.S. Mail without insurance.

Freight and Shipping:  Whenever possible or otherwise instructed by the customer, orders are shipped via Priority Mail.  Insurance fees to be included for $100+ orders.

Shipping Policy:  Shipping is typically within 24 hours of order received on weekdays, Monday through Friday.

Return Policy:  Return of bottle(s) within 30 days will be refunded for the price of the items with a restocking fee that covers the cost of shipment plus 10%... for unopened bottle only.
