One vision represents the “love of power” (superpower status quo),
seeing the world as a monopoly game board on which the power elite
tries to control the human and physical resources of the planet.

The other vision represents the “power of love” (moral high ground),
seeing a wholly new “World Game” for the Family of Man in a
new global village of instant-everywhere-interactive Net reality
where we reboot the dying dollar with the currency of conscience.

The former is exemplified by the monopolist’s philosophy of “competition is a sin” (as in the movie, “There Will Be Blood”), and is the status quo represented by the Rockefeller empire behind Big Oil, Big Pharma, Big Banks (FED), Big War, Big Media, and the rise of Big Government under the Bush/Clinton political dynasty. Monopoly powers lead to public co-dependence.

The latter is exemplified by global Netizens with a “global village” philosophy of “cooperation is a virtue” (currency of conscience) --those who want a more enlightened “World Game” for “US” (United Sovereigns). This is the new global game board -- Net reality -- that makes governing values accountable to core Constitutional virtues. Constitutional powers lead to public independence.

"Public Co-dependence" is the habit of the monopoly mindset, a closed system whose love of power seeks to control or destroy any system unlike itself. Divisiveness rules this mindset with an “us versus them” (win/lose) dualistic thinking that – on a mass scale – creates a "negative polarity" (bi-polar dis-ease) which divides to conquer through fork-tongued, two-faced duplicity. Monopoly lies and freedom dies; codependent subservience to this Machiavellian matrix surrenders sovereignty. As monopoly systems win, sovereignty systems lose.

Unity in our diversity rules this paradigm with a “We are One” (win/win) co-operation mindset that – on a mass scale – checks and balances the abuse of power by monopoly systems. When sovereignty systems win, ALL people win. The new World Game serves all humanity.

The monopoly model is an autocratic command-and-control system that leads to tyranny under the martial law mindset of endless war. Overcoming the tyranny of a deeply entrenched monopoly matrix requires the conscientious common sense that supersedes “organized stupidity” – the heartless policies that profit from sociopathic co-dependence in the “DUH” category (Dummies Unconscious & Heartless). Such "cognitive dysfunction" (bi-polar disorder) on a mass scale is required to sustain mass monopolies of a tyranny nature. Sovereignty is surrendered to the extent that co-dependence rules DUH habits of addiction to monopolized power.

The U.S. now spends more for defense each year than ALL other countries of the world combined. Endless war policies are required to sustain this military-industrial monopoly. Peace policies are publicly promoted but privately suppressed by monopoly forces intent on sustaining a climate of terror and war that justifies war powers of martial law, suspending Constitutional law in the process.

A “health care” monopoly likewise sustains an equally predatory medical-industrial complex that profits form mass degenerative disease. Prevention policies and holistic healing breakthroughs are suppressed as an enemy to monopoly medicine’s profit from drugs for whatever ails you.

Wall Street economies have become co-dependent – as in addicted – to the military-industrial and medical-industrial monopolies. In the name of public service -- “for security and health” – the power and profit interests of heartless monopolies have bankrupted the moral capital of America and bankrupted the public treasury. Since this superpower monopoly game is intertwined with the global economy, the whole world must now choose between this rigged monopoly game board or a wholly new World Game.

The greatest enemy to global independence from militarized corporate monopolies is the big “DUH” -- epitomized by a supremacist “Belief System” (BS) -- which sustains the superpower status of monopolists with a covert anti-freedom agenda that is alien to sovereignty virtues. Humanoid sociopaths with no social conscience and heartless predatory policies have infiltrated core social institutions like a malignant cancer in the body politic. Exposure is either ignored by the monopoly media or labeled as a “conspiracy theory”.

Tools and processes that “make it so” are the pure intent of this new “World Game”.

Mankind has free-will so anything is possible. To honor freedom of conscience in a free-will universe, each soul’s choice on the matter of our collective evolution naturally honors sovereignty virtues -- the prime directive. That’s why each soul must be the change one wants to see in the world… just as the good mother nurtures the virtues that she hopes will rule the future of her offspring.

And so it is with the State of the Union today. The core business of evolution for every soul is connected as never before to Mother Earth’s global platform for evolution of ALL souls. For the purpose of Global Healing, a new World Game is now evolving Net reality – all our social networks – with those core Constitutional virtues of, by and for personal and planetary sovereignty.

Something indeed has to change lest we become blind followers of insane policies that do the same thing yet expect different results.

The REAL change needed is for global Netizens to reframe the global game board from a “monopoly on power” mindset to a more enlightened World Game. All other issues pale by comparison.

Question: “How does monopoly capitalism bless our new all-connected global experience with Net reality?”

Answer: “It doesn’t!” Punch line: “Blessings come from a Higher PowerJ”.

Of course, the humor of that is lost to the status quo mindset that monopoly capitalism has relentlessly cultured. Even the sister of monopoly capitalism -- socialist communism – has been privatized to better monopolize the human and physical resources of the public; a curse for about 99.9% of the world’s population.

This is the great paradox of power that is lost to arrogant monopolists who believe, quite sincerely, that they are Olympian gods come to lord it over us. Such “BS” (Belief System) is a joke from the perspective of true humility -- the ability of an enlightened soul to laugh at one’s own “dark side – transcending the self-limiting fears that create a sense of separation from the true source of personal and public power.

Since we live in a world in which the dominant currency of the “evil empire” (dark side) is fear, it is difficult for many people to overcome the dominant fearmongering in the monopoly media that represents the negative polarity as “embedded news” (endless terror war) and mindless entertainment that emphasizes the dark side of human nature.

No matter how many mainstream presidential candidates speak of “hope” for “change”, we will only see rearrangement of the deck chairs on a sinking Titanic without a new World Game that reframes reality with a positive polarity -- the currency of conscience – emphasizing the angels of our better nature.

Personal and public conscience – distinguished by good will – raises every intelligent civilization to the point where conscience is yet lacking. The higher the conscience expressed through public good will -- especially in our global village as a new whole -- the greater the results for the evolutionary ascent of civility through the Net reality of our humanity; the new World Game.

Incompetence in social organizations is directly proportional to willful ignorance of the prime directive whereby “good will” (conscience) rules. Co-dependence on predatory monopolies creates subservience to “bad will” – the enemy of personal freedom and social conscience. This is the nature of addiction whether in individuals, organizations, or civilization-at-large.

When the ruling idea is the idea of good rules – the prime directive for health individually and collectively – good will is expressed. To the extent that Net reality represents the humility of Higher Power, the arrogance of the monopolist mindset is naturally neutralized. As that happens, Net reality thrives with new rules for the abundant life – the Next Economy under a revitalized Constitution of core freedoms.

That, in a nutshell, is the conscientious common sense that gave birth to the Great Experiment of public self government that has been co-opted and over-ruled by the same empire tyranny mindset that patriots fought the American Revolution to overthrow. Conscientious common sense today sees the new “World Game” as global fulfillment of the Founders’ Legacy.

The “State of the Union” has been a rocky road for the U.S., but it has survived and thrived to the point where conscientious common sense was every so gradually eroded, marginalized, subverted and now considered the enemy of institutionalized monopolies which have seized the levers of power in government. They are closed systems that only serve their monopoly on power, with no intent to share it even with U.S. citizens.

People worldwide are watching this big drama – the emerging Net reality of self-governing dynamics in our ALL connected global village.

On a regular basis, it is healthy to create the good habit of laughing at willful ignorance of the prime directive for all sovereign intelligence. Such laughter is an affirmation -- with light-hearted confirmation -- that you are at least conscious enough to determine your highest and best future. If you do that for yourself, you at least believe in self-government at its quintessential foundation… between your ears.

Sometimes, a person of great compassion for humanity has to laugh – with a detached objectivity – or they would have to cry or even get depressed with the monopolists’ inhumanity to mankind. Humor goes a long way in dismissing the insanity of government solutions to government problems created and sustained by the same monopolists who have contempt for – willfully ignoring -- social conscience.

That change in perspective for a healthier “State of the Union” is what I call the new “World Game”. We’re all players, and we all have the same gameboard – let’s call it “Net reality”. This is the new ALL connected reality of the Family of Man in a global village, thanks to the instant-everywhere-interactive Internet. The full implication of that reality offers profound hope for change that is far beyond any discussion allowed by the status quo monopoly interests in government and the mainstream corporate media conglomerates.

The rules for “World Game” are quite simple. There are bad consequences for abusing power, inverting wisdom and lacking love. There are good consequences for empowering wisdom with love. Call it the immutable law of karma – the heart of the Divine-Prime Directive. Or call it the golden rule/law “languaging” of conscious awareness at the heart of every golden age civilization in recorded history. Same set of universal game rules.

Each soul, organization or civilization gets what it “asks for” in evolution or devolution terms. It’s the Great Law, the Great Adjudicator; the “banker” for this new World Game who “banks on” the currency of conscience.

“World Game” has a path of evolution that spirals into the “open source” center of the new “gameboard” -- decentralized Net reality. The “source code” for this all-connected Net reality has a “center” which is everywhere, or at least where conscious awareness rules with “wise dominion’ (wisdom). The more that people play the “World Game”, taking full responsibility for conscious awareness of our all connected world problems, the more the game rules for personal and planetary win/win becomes self-evident.

No matter how you “roll the dice”, to get around this different type of gameboard, there are choices made and there are consequences for those choices. If you go with the flow that honors the prime directive – with respect to increased awareness for all – everyone wins; the evolutionary ascent of humanity progresses.

In this all-connected World Game, the consequence of willful ignorance of a DUH nature is predictable; our humanity suffers spiritual disconnect, mental dysfunction, emotional dis-ease and physical “devolution” (downward spiral). It’s “the law” (game rules).

Learning this game is inadvertently discovery of the learning process for co-creation that leads to the evolutionary ascent of every soul, organization and civilization-at-large. We don’t get ahead in the new “World Game” of decentralized Net reality unless and until we “get a head” (wisdom), especially regarding the “operating system” that brings enlightened conscience to Net reality. World Game makes the source code for that operating system transparently clear.

This is an “open system” with self-evident or otherwise clear consequences for one’s relationship to the divine-prime directive. Common sense would say that this is a relationship with the golden rule/law “standard” for civility at the heart of every golden age civilization in cosmic history. Some things don’t change; cosmic law framed the universe from the beginning.

The REAL change needed is for global Netizens to reframe the global game board from the status quo’s “currency” (monopoly on power), to a more enlightened “currency of conscience” for a new World Game. Healing the economy and all other issues depend on it.

The new World Game represents a paradigm “power shift” from the old monopoly game board. Winning is not left to chance – the “roll of the dice”. We’re all winning from the beginning of this game if we play by the new rules for the Next Economy. The “State of the Union” – your union with the new win/win rules – is tested at every roll of the dice.

This is the issue of free-will choice – the core sovereignty issue -- in the new World Game. Informed choice in the Information Age is suffering information overload and cognitive dissonance. New information has made old information obsolete, but the old paradigm tries to monopolize the vast knowledge power that our new Net reality – the new World Game – would optimize.

Interference with good will causes devolution, whether for an individual, “organizations” (social networks) or civilization-at-large. Blocking the currency of conscience in our social networks inadvertently causes “psychic constipation” – the stinking thinking of paradigm paralysis.

As a deeply entrenched monopoly mindset mechanizes the mass consciousness with Pavlovian “shock and awe” (terror tactics), evil is called “good”, political correctness becomes morally wrong, and power without principle over-rules core Constitutional freedoms. All our social networks have “hit the wall” of this paradigm paralysis – a bankrupt system that has risen to a level of entrenched corruption and gross incompetence.

Sovereignty solutions for humanity were pioneered with a self-governing operating system that recognizes divine rights – our core Constitutional freedoms. When optimized and freely expressed in our social networks, conscience and global village, these first principles of the Prime Directive naturally upgrade the anachronistic horse-and-buggy representation systems that monopoly interests have virtually hijacked.

It’s not a “conspiracy theory” any more. Global Netizens are well aware that monopolists have been hacking elections and lying to the public about the reasons for war from 9-11 to Iran. Unfettered Net reality is an open system that cusses and discusses the truth. It is only the monopoly media – a closed system – that betrays any truth that challenges its hold on power.

As paradoxical as it may seem, the rise of free-open Net reality is in direct proportion to the use of monopoly forces for “perception management”. To the extent that highly centralized forces of monopolized power attempt to manipulate the mass mind, the public turns to highly decentralized Net reality for free-open conscious awareness.

Where this naturally leads – the response of open systems to closed systems -- is a new interactive decentralized World game. Information Age capability for all-connected Net reality is increasingly organizing information IN FORMATION… along more enlightened lines that empower wisdom with “cyberEthics” (LOVE Model).

The pure intent of this new World game is providing tools and processes which culture the currency of conscience in our omnipresent social networks.

In a decentralized global village where ALL PEOPLE are connected as never before in history, Net reality already claims a reformed State of the Union. Global governance with a heart-mind connection is not something that Netizens in our global village aspire to at some future date – they are already there! They know that the current state of decentralized ALL-connected Net reality is responsible personally for what ought to be the same common sense of Netizens worldwide.

Since we’re ALL connected as never before possible, we would all be losing from the beginning if we were not winning from the beginning.

This game board has quite the opposite culture of the popular “monopoly” game where you win by bankrupting everyone else’s accumulation of wealth except your own. We all know where that culture has gotten us. Win/lose global gaming always ends with a lot of losers.

It’s a different kind of “World Game” I’m talking about. Win/win gaming – for the fun of it – is at least twice as gratifying if only two people are playing. Applied to our global social networks, everyone can have fun, freedom and opportunity. There are no losers in this pursuit of happiness -- the abundant life for all, not just a few.

World Game board rules are designed that way. It takes more than “rolling the dice” to get ahead. Cooperative “win/win skills” (come-into-unity communications) replace dominant “win/lose” (divide-to-conquer) agendas to monopolize the human and physical resources of the planet.

And how does everyone win in this game? It’s a BALANCE OF POWER, WISDOM and LOVE that leads each and all to a synergized win/win – a “State of the Union” that represents the best interests of ALL players.

It is simple enough. You have to pick a “choice card” each time you roll the dice. Those cards are stacked in the center of each of the four quadrants of the gameboard; you pick from the stack that corresponds to the quadrant you are in.

The question on each card corresponds to the testing of the soul in the four archetypal (Jung) dimensions of conscious awareness. It’s a deep subject that this game makes “enlightening” – a lot of cosmic humor that makes light of the stinking thinking of paradigm paralysis. A good way to get past the old monopoly game that bankrupts everyone else so you can “win”.

There are choices to be made with each of these “choice cards”. Those choices test one’s balanced use of POWER, WISDOM and LOVE in the four quadrants SPIRITUALLY (self governance), MENTALLY (self image), EMOTIONALLY (self esteem) and PHYSICALLY (owning your own life).

Call it the “sovereignty game”; same “rules” at the heart of self-governance personally as well as in our collective Net reality. Rather than building walls in the mind with shackles on one’s conscience – the bankrupt paradigm of the monopoly mindset – this gameboard frees the mind to consider what changes are needed to liberate and leverage knowledge power in serve to all humanity.

If you can visualize this gameboard in 3-D, you can see how your choices will spiral you “upwards” or “downwards” from the center, depending on their rightness or wrongness. What serves the evolutionary spiral of each player towards the elevated center, also serves the evolutionary criteria of the Prime Directive for all humanity.

That’s the core criteria for “right” or “wrong” choices determining the evolutionary ascent of global humanity in our new World Game. The process of decision making -- as cards are pulled and different “choices” are discussed – is in fact the learning process, the creative process, and the processes of consciousness at the quintessential foundation of “self-governance” (power sharing). Co-creation at its best.

Consider what happens as you pull different “choice cards” in the four quadrants and are tested on your powers of AFFIRMATION (spiritually), VISUALIZATION (mentally), CONCENTRATION (emotionally) and INTEGRATION (physically). It requires a certain consciousness of HOW you are conscious… the currency of conscience that defines, refines, “combines” (synergizes) and shines an evolving CONSCIENCE.

Another name for a “more mature consciousness” is “Effective Sensory Perception” (ESP). It’s like a 6^th sense that trumps all the others. There’s nothing “extra” about it – CONSCIENCE – when you’ve got it. And even though you can’t legislate CONSCIENCE, we can create a World Game in which such enlightened Net reality will thrive.

Two, three or four players can be the judge of what is “right” or “wrong” for each question, taking turns as the “scorekeeper”. Likewise, an infinite number of Netizens worldwide can play the World Game on-line.

This is where the new Net reality in “World Game” gets interesting -- how we "work together". We can't work to our optimum -- individually or collectively -- until we know what we have to work with. It’s your life – your world. Many of the self-assessment “choices” are the same for each as for all-connected Net reality. You discover your latent virtues and talents and make informed choices based on your own "self-assessment" ("Profile of Self Mastery").

Humanity as an interconnected whole obviously needs to take inventory of our developed and undeveloped human and physical resources… and we need to make choices whereby the “POWERSHIFT” moves our focus from the negative polarity of the monopoly mindset to the positive polarity of higher CONSCIENCE.

The “Big Shift” of global Net reality from “the computer is the network” (global brain) to “the network is conscious” (global conscience) is the nature of this new World Game. Knowledge power of the global brain --without the WISDOM of LOVE -- is counter-evolutionary. The knowledge power of the adolescent Internet still lacks the wisdom of a mature consciousness.

A mature conscience knows that “wise dominion” (wisdom) is not truly “wise” without love. Power -- devoid of wisdom and love -- is just plain “evil” (immoral, unjust, not wise, etc.)

A “balance of powers” is the core of “ruling rules” for the new “World Game” of decentralized ALL connected Net reality. Either we play by the rules established eternally by the prime directive – the G.O.D.~LOVE angles~angels of our better nature -- or the State of the Union, by default, is framed by monopoly powers that don’t represent our better nature.

Contrary to an ideal self-governing system which raises the best and brightest like cream to the top of centralized government hierarchies, what we see now is quite the opposite -- a concentration of rich and powerful special interests who have created a shadow government operating secretly with stealth, deception and torture policies…

Wall Street economics have caused many enlightened Netizens to yell “SOS” (Save Our Society), saying that the fruit of ultimate scarcity – war, disease, death and hell on Earth -- is destroying us. Evolutionary change to higher levels of personal and planetary win/win is always challenged by the devolutionary “stuckness” of monopolists and their social engineers who rig the system for win/lose on a mass scale.

Since “perception is reality”, Americans are led to believe that drugs and war – for whatever ails you or America – is a good thing. Most people have no idea of how many millions of Americans have suffered pre-mature death due to a backwards disease care system – the dominant allopathic health care monopoly – that John D. Rockefeller created with bought-off legislators and billions of his “petrodollars” invested in 1,100 teaching hospitals early in the 20th Century.
