Most people understand that emotions are centered in the solar
plexus, corresponding to the digestive organs, and that positive
emotions while eating creates a good gut feeling that leads to good
digestion.
Conversely, you don't want to eat while stressed or in distress. The
guts get messed up. Whether constipation, gas, bloating, diarrhea or
the common category classified as 'Irritable Bowl Syndrome' (IBS),
it is the #1 cause of work absenteeism for professional women. Men
are more likely to 'gut through it' as are 'alpha' females, but many
suffer chronic colon dis-ease that poisons their whole
constitution with a toxic gut that creates systemic toxicity in the
body.
Poorly digested food passes through the gut membrane into the blood,
feeding fungus, bacteria and viruses in the body. This weakens the
immune system and creates a cellular environment whereby
degeneration and cancer can thrive in the weakest organ systems.
That's where and when parasitic bacteria and viruses thrive to
create the 'system breakdown' we call chronic dis-ease.
That's why the colon is responsible for as much as 80% of the immune
system. Or from the perspective of the perverse-backwards
medical-industrial complex -- that values treatment for profit more
than prevention for no profit -- you might say that the colon is
responsible for as much as 80% of the profits of the
medical-industrial complex for the health of Big Pharma and Wall
Street.
The
analogy is appropriate. Without a good immune system, parasites
will devour the host whether in your body or the body politic of big
business collusion with big government.
It was Wall Street parasites who flooded the markets with toxic
mortgages that wiped out the 'immune system' of the economy. The
response was the 'food' of government -- the bankster bailouts. But
toxic debt was never eliminated and all the stimulus money 'food'
was poorly digested. Parasites of the corporate variety got the
Supreme Court to agree (Citizens
United Case), that corporations are people, even though
corporations have no souls and put themselves first -- like all
parasites -- whenever profits are at stake.
'Occupy Your Colon' beats 'Occupy Wall Street' if you want to
prevent the parasites from 'making a killing' off your disease. Pay
attention to what your colon is telling you; attention pays with big
health dividends.
Obviously, peace and harmony is a worthy objective for daily living,
but the rate of change has sped-up dramatically with the
instant-everywhere and interactive Internet revolution... and that
has brought a different kind of stress for many people.
Recently, a reader asked me about the best probiotic for short-term
relief of colon dysbiosis or 'IBS'.
I've highlighted the reader's questions in blue.

Prescript Assist

Hi Christopher,
I read your article about
Prescript Assist
in comparison to Primal Defense -
http://www.heartcom.org/ColonHealthNews.htm
Is it possible to ask you some questions
about Prescript Assist and SBO's in general?
Thanks. Best regards,
Peter

Sure Peter, what would you like to know?

Thanks for your prompt reply.
There appears to be much confusion regarding SBO's (Soil-Based
Organisims -CR). Some (like Dr Natasha McBride) say they are
dangerous, others, like yourself say they are the best probiotic -
why is there so much contradiction?
Realize Peter, not all probiotics are
equal. Some are backed by peer-reviewed clinical trials that, by
comparison, show other probiotics to be inferior. When some doctor
or 'expert' makes a false claim about a superior product, typically
it is because they are selling something inferior. But in health
science, such 'experts' are just blowing smoke if they can't back it
up with peer-reviewed clinical trials.
That's the choice with Prescript-Assist, and it's rather
self-evident with a little due diligence.
On this page -
http://www.naturalhealingtoolsnews.com/2010/12/prescript-assist-probiotic-prebiotic.html
- it has been stated that the SBO's in PA are those found in the
human GI track - but I understand that SBO's are not part of the
100's of bacterial species in the gut but can help deal with
dysbiosis - could you clarify this?
SBO research is a wholly new field. The
science is way ahead of recognition and adoption by the medical
monopoly incentives that see 16x's more profit in a pound of disease
than an ounce of profit. And yes, that's the opposite of common
sense. It's in fact the enemy of common sense that make's a
killing, literally, from the creation and management of disease,
terror, war, and virtually hell on Earth. Some would call that
'Satanic', but I digress.
Prescript-Assist came out of a company that was a research
organization for six years, specializing in global studies of SBOs,
the cutting edge of probiotic research. They discovered amazing
things like elephants who routinely travel 100 miles to go to a glen
in the jungle with a special dirt that the elephants eat, a dirt
with soil-based organisms that have been found to have extraordinary
benefits for the human gut.
When that research company finally went to market, they targeted
medical doctors because of the extraordinary health benefits
restoring a healthy gut after antibiotics wipe out gut flora of all
kinds... so food doesn't 'compost' well... and a toxic gut poisons
the entire body.
Unfortunately, antibiotics are big money for the medical-industrial
complex, as you can well understand
HERE, and if you watch that video, you will understand why the
thousands of medical doctors introduced to Prescript-Assist were
just not interested. There's just too much money in treating
disease, and there's too much pressure to ignore health-building
products because they could lose their license to practice medicine
if they stopped pushing antibiotic "anti-bios" (anti-life) drugs for
treating disease symptoms. More drug side-effects mean more profit
with more drugs to treat them. With that mindset, prevention becomes
the enemy.
Get the picture? This is a small company with limited production
capacity that can barely keep up with word-of-mouth demand in
clinics and health-food stores that carry this product. And other
nutrition companies can't compete with any comparable efficacy
results, so they resort to unethical policies of disinformation
about PA.
I do agree with
your statement about the inferiority of Primal Defense. Apparently
Jordan Rubin's "black dirt" was the original "BodyBiotics" that
helped fix him plus stacks of fermented foods several months prior.
I took a 4 antibiotic cocktail to knock out stubborn parasites which
did the job but created a persistent imbalance. I took Primal
Defense Ultra for over a year, working up to to 12 a day, which was
very difficult, the results was a steady improvement but when I
reduced them I did not have a permanent result.
The BodyBiotics people say that SBO's are transient in the gut and
must be continually replenished - is
this true for PA?
No, that's a bald-face lie, at least for
99% of those who take a round of PA, for maybe a week, and then
forget about it until they have gas, bloating, diarrhea,
constipation, or some other gut dysbiosis... using it only when
their body says they need it.
From what I have
seen and used - including Dr Ohira's OMX - no probiotic can restore
the species that have been disrupted by antiboitics etc because
stool samples 2 weeks after cessation show little or no bacteria.
Some say the only solution is a fecal implant or may be raw fruits &
veges out of the garden and fermented foods!! Seems to me that the
best solution is a combination of SBO's plus fermented foods and raw
foods to get a lasting effect - would you agree with this?
No question about it. Something sour
before eating primes the digestive juices. Sour in the mouth is
sweet in the stomach. This is an ancient wise macrobiotic principle
well known in the East. And correct food combining is very important
for most people. Combining proteins or fats with sugars or refined
carbs creates fermentation, bloat and gas in the gut. Many people
are ignorant of this and don't listen to their bodies, but more
people are learning what their body is telling them. This includes
people with food allergies who tune in to what foods to eliminate to
be healthy.
How does PA compare
with other SBO products like BodyBiotics, RoyalFlora (which appears
to be a modification of BB's) and say PetFlora?
Dr Peter Rothschild seems to be an authority on SBO's and gives some
tremendous benefits of them - but he really pushes BB as the best in
the world (I wonder if he's giving an unbiased opinion about BB
being the best??) - but I do gather the benefits he lists would
be applicable to PA?
If you look at the peer-reviewed clinical
research behind PA, you'll know why other products can't compete
with anything but false claims of their own superiority.
Lastly - the dosage
of PA, it is suggested (not on your site) that you can take 2 a day
for a month then only say 2 a week thereafter - if this is true it
does show how powerful it is. Apparently Dr Carolyn Dean had this
experience:-
I’ve been taking other types of probiotics on and off for decades
and I’ve never noticed that they did anything for me. However, I
took one
Prescript Assist in the evening and one the next morning and
within 12 hours my next bowel movement was completely different from
the millions I’ve had before. I had no gas, no stool odor and the
stool was well formed and sunk like a log. I was amazed. Really
amazed. And I only have to take one capsule per week to achieve good
results.
The above seems to support the above dosage statement. Dr Dean also
supports the same dosage statement. If this is true, I am amazed,
because others like BB & OMX talk about huge "loading doses" for
weeks to get so called results - is
PA really this effective??
As I said above, many people take a round
of PA for only a week, and then forget about it until their guts
tell them they need it.
Some people on the
Curezone state that nothing has helped them including BB & PA etc
but may be like you indicated - a negative mindset would work
against any placebo effect?!
I hope I haven't overloaded you with Qu's but really appreciate if
you could shed some light on the SBO puzzle.
Thanks. Best regards,
Peter
